HISTORIC MARKER APPLICATION

Application for historical marker shall be made to the H.P.I. Historical Marker Committee. The application shall include:
Purchase of Marker:
Marker must be purchased from H.P.I. and paid in full prior to printing the name of the structure and date of its construction on the marker. Printing will take approximately two to four weeks.
Price of Marker: H.P.I. Members $25.00 Non-H.P.I. Members $35.00 (This includes a one-year membership to H.P.I.)
Display of Marker:
The Marker must be displayed on structure in the following manner:
